Vicar's update 3rd AprilSteve Newbold 2017 web2

Alleluia.  Christ is Risen!

Thank you to all who have made this Holy Week and Easter so special.  I would love any feedback on our services so if you’d like to let me know what worked (or didn’t) please do email.

Thank you to all who have already made a donation to our Lent appeal which will help tackle homelessness across London.  It’s not too late to donate – just use a Blue Gift Aid envelope at Church and let us have your gift by this Sunday (8th).

Tonight we have our monthly Prayer Meeting at 8pm.  We will be praying for the life of our church – do come if you can.

Jess Ely is a member of our 10.30 congregation (currently in her third year at university studying Geography). She needs to conduct primary research for a module on migration and would be grateful if anyone who lives in a country which is not their birth country, or lives in a country that is not where both of their parents were born could spare 5 minutes to complete this survey. If you have any questions please feel free to email Jess.Ely@hotmail.co.uk.

The Ealing Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 30th September 2018 and we will again be supporting this community event.   If you are able to volunteer to help run the Water Station or act as a Road Marshall do register online here  asap making sure that you say you wish to be based near to St Stephen’s.

Next Sunday (8th) our services return to their normal pattern and our children and youth groups will run as usual.

Have a good week.

Steve
