Sunday
It was very moving to observe Remembrance Sunday with you all yesterday. The 10:30am service is here if you missed it. This Sunday we have Lydia May Lewison from our mission partner Tearfund to share with us about their work at both services.
Pledges
Thank you to all those who have returned their completed Pledge form – if you are yet to do so can you please drop it into church. And if you have not yet looked at our new Direct Debit option, through the Parish Giving Scheme, do click here.

Christmas Fair
Saturday (30th) is our popular Christmas Fair in aid of the Ealing CAP (Christians Against Poverty). If you have been meaning to volunteer to help out but haven't got round to it please contact Jane Maffett (jane@ststephens-esling.org) who will be delighted to hear from you. We also need good quality items to sell - toys, books, jewellery, bric-a-brac (household goods), ‘good as new’ gifts and cakes. You can bring them to church from Sunday 24th. And tell your friends and neighbours!
Makin Report
You may be aware of headlines in the news this week regarding the publication of a report into horrific abuse and handling of the disclosures in the past in the Church of England. If this report has been painful for you for any reason, know that I am praying for you. At St. Stephen's, we are committed to fostering a healthy and safe culture where all can belong and thrive. We continue to pray that God will continue to convict the Church to learn from past mistakes and do better in the future.
God bless and have a great week!
